Hello all! I’m back from vacation, and ready to do some writing!. 🙂
The cruise was awesome. We made four stops: Puerto Rico, St. Thomas, Dominican Republic, and Haiti. I was so excited to be there, and see all those beautiful places.
I took pictures like it was my new job at National Geographic. Lol, I think I went a little over-board – but I’m not sure when I’ll be able to go on another cruise, so why not, right? 🙂 I’ll try and upload some here if I can. Lol, I’m a little tech challenged sometimes. If not here, they’ll be up on my facebook soon.
And the food. So. Much. Food. EVERYWHERE.
I have *never* seen so much food in one place at one time outside a supermarket. And it was all fantastic!
I did get to work on editing for my novel a little, and I put down some ideas for the blog. So, here’s the plan for the next couple months or so:
~ Wrap up The Dreamer.
~ Go over self-publishing options for Beyond the Gate, and consider cover artists. (I’ll be posting on this a little later.)
~ Finish first run editing on The Blood Curse with the critiques and beta-readings from my four awesome friends: Juliet, Eric, Yawatta, and James.
~ Begin introducing the shima guides.
Lol, that’s a lot, but I’m excited to get started. So – first thing’s first – time to get back to work on Chapter Six of The Dreamer! 🙂
Until next time, Happy Writing! 🙂
You lucky girl 🙂
Yeah, I definitely feel lucky and blessed to have had the opportunity to go. I got to see and do a lot of things I wouldn’t have otherwise. 🙂 I hope I get to go again someday.
sounds like a lot of fun and yes! I believe in taking lots and lots of photos, too!
Lol, my poor husband was worried I was going to fill up the memory card before we got home. 🙂 I wanted to remember everything. There was so much to look at, I couldn’t help myself. 🙂 I had a lot of fun looking for shots of scenery especially.
I like this post! (Unfortunately, wordpress is playing up not letting me ACTUALLY like it). It sounds like, like me, you have a lot to do. Eventually, I might get around to self-publishing, so I’ll definitely keep my eyes on your posts about Beyond The Gate.
Thank you very much Miss Alexandrina! 🙂 And good luck on your writing as well!
